HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The American Uveitis Society (AUS) has reserved the following three room types at the Westgate at a reduced rate.
- Luxury Suite ($365/night + tax*)
- Best suited for 1-2 adults with small child
- Luxury One Bedroom Villa ($415/night + tax*)
- Best suited for 1-2 adults and up to 2 children
- Premier One Bedroom Villa ($685/night + tax*)
- Best suited for 1-2 adults and up to 2 children
- Luxury Two Bedroom Villa ($930/night + tax*)
- Adjoining Signature Suite and Signature One Bedroom Villa. Sleeps 8.
These discounted rooms are available at the group rate until Tuesday, December 17, 2024, based on availability. After that date, any remaining rooms in the group block will be released for general sale. Once the room block is sold out, and/or after Tuesday, December 17, 2024, AUS cannot guarantee the group rate or availability.
The Westgate does have additional room types in their inventory, which are available to AUS attendees, at the public rate. Other room types can be reserved with the AUS booking link or by calling the Group Sales Coordinator, Ambrose Adams, 435-940-2579.
The group rate, if available, will apply three days before and after the meeting dates, based on availability. You can book the extended dates via the booking link, or by calling the Group Sales Coordinator.

Resort Fee: $39.99/night + tax not included in the room rate. The nightly resort fee includes the following services: Parking, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes, Business Center, Ski Valet Service, Ski Locker Room and Storage and Concierge Service.

PARKING
Parking is complimentary for one car per guest room.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
A one night's room rate plus tax deposit is required at the time of booking on a valid credit card. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. A $200 cash or $50 credit card security deposit is required at check-in and will be held until check-out. Must have valid ID and cardholder must be present. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation at any time and for any reason.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations must be made 30-days prior to arrival by 4:00 PM hotel time in order to avoid a 100% room and tax penalty.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
Discounted shuttle service has been arranged for transfers between SLC airport and the Westgate Park City Resort with Canyon Transportation. You can reserve by calling (801) 255-1841 and using the group code AUS2025 or online by following these directions:

- The "From" and “To” sections should have "SLC Airport" and "Westgate Park City Resort" available for your convenience.
